Shipping policy
We currently ship and deliver to US and Canada only. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in US and Canada will be shipped by, UPS or USPS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship and deliver to US and Canada only. If you happen to be located outside US and Canada we will contact you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by availability of products in warehouse location.
An Estimated Arrival Date will be provided at the time your order is placed. Estimated Arrival Date is the time to process and package the item, PLUS the time to ship to you.
Customers can obtain their tracking number via email once their item has been packaged and is ready for shipment.
Business days are Monday‐Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. Track my Order
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
